Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to guide the strategy, development, and market delivery of our web applications which includes a portfolio of SaaS products and data lead gen solutions. This role will require a unique blend of vision, technical acumen, leadership, and a demonstrated ability to work across teams to make products successful. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and detailed product specifications.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive analyses to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, including positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
• Develop product marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and positioning.
• Coordinate with marketing & sales to effectively launch new products and drive customer engagement.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners, fostering the best product management practices.
• Oversee agile scrum project delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the product strategy.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development processes, timelines, and launch strategies.
• Evaluate product performance using relevant KPIs and feedback from various sources.
• Identify new opportunities for growth through customer feedback, data analysis, and market research.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst is required, with at least 5 of those years dedicated specifically to a Product Manager position.
• Demonstrated experience leading successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in mentoring team members.
• Experience in developing product marketing strategies, creating messaging, and positioning products in the market.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with Scrum Master certification preferred.
