Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps.

We're looking for a brilliant and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic core product team, which plays a central role in shaping the experience across our games.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile product features from end to end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to define and execute the product vision and strategy, and guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Play a key role in a central team responsible for core product capabilities that impact multiple games and products across the company.
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, define A/B test and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and handle development.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features.
• Focus on delivering a top-notch user experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on improvements.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management in the gaming industry.
• Strong passion for games and the gaming industry, and a strong understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
• Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative product solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
