Job Description

This position is for Product Manager with Hotelogix (HMS Infotech, Noida). You will be responsible for defining and driving roadmap for Hotelogix suite of products.

Hotelogix product suite includes, Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale, Internet Booking Engine, Central Reservation Office, 3rd Party Integration Modules and Hotelogix Mobile App.

You will work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the prioritization, design, development, testing, quality and marketing of product upgrades.

You will be reporting into Head of Product Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to drive product related efforts on Hotelogix PMS and other integral products which are used by our customers across 100+ countries.

As a member of the product management team you will

• Own product, from prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization standpoint.
• Keep track of product usage metrics and ensure success metrics are met.
• Gather and analyze information from multiple sources like sales, account management, 24x7 support team, directly from customers, competitive analysis, hospitality & technology market trends etc.
• Decide the future of the product by working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Document product features/stories/changes for engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Lead, define, represent and communicate product roadmap and vision in line with the product long term goal.
• Keep all the stakeholders in sync with product vision, upcoming releases and other relevant information.
• Keep track of developments in the global hotel industry.

Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Qualification

• MBA/ B.E. / B.Tech from a reputed institution
• Experience of working on a complex and ERP product of significant scope
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments
• Hands on experience of creating wireframes (paper/digital), rapid prototypes and click throughs
