We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, revenue-generating product offerings tailored to key customer verticals. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of customer insight, go-to-market strategy, and platform development.
You’ll work closely with software engineers, forward deployed engineers, sales, and customers to translate complex, bespoke customer requirements into repeatable, self-serve solutions that power the company’s growth engine.
You will drive product strategy across multiple customer verticals — building the infrastructure, standards, and self-serve tooling needed to scale the platform efficiently and predictably. This role acts as the bridge between custom customer implementations and core platform capabilities, identifying patterns that can be productized to deliver leverage across teams.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning customer signals into scalable product systems.
What you'll do:
Own the product roadmap across core business units
Lead the lifecycle of key product initiatives from concept through launch
Partner closely with strategic customers to gather feedback and inform product direction
Define business models, pricing structures, packaging, and commercialization standards
Collaborate with engineering to design scalable infrastructure and product architecture
Translate bespoke customer workflows into modular product capabilities
Help shape the evolution of the product and engineering organization as the platform scales
What we're looking for:
4–5+ years of experience in product management, forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a hybrid technical customer-facing role
Proven ability to translate complex customer workflows into modular, scalable product systems
Experience building products with strong GTM alignment, including pricing, packaging, onboarding, and adoption strategy
Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on architecture, systems tradeoffs, and scalability
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
Bias for action and strong ownership mentality; comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
