Clear-Com is hiring and we are recruiting for a Product Manager The Product Manager is responsible for collecting and managing the market requirements, building business cases and specifying for new developments, life-cycle management, pricing and market analysis of a given Clear-com Product Line. This role acts as a cross-functional leader, supporting sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to achieve product and business goals.
Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, California. Relocation support is not provided for this role.
What you will do in the position:
Product Responsibility Communication & Documentation
Maintain and regularly update product responsibility charts and communicate assignments to Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Ensure comprehensive handover of responsibilities and maintain up-to-date administrative and process documentation for all assigned products.
Facilitate clear communication between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and other departments regarding product assignments and project status.
Project Portfolio & NPD Process Management
Actively participate in project portfolio reviews, maintain NPD process documentation, and track action items to ensure project alignment and accountability.
Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Clear-Com classical business markets (Broadcast and Live) and an understanding of the secondary markets (MAG and Industrial) with respect to the given product group.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical competence in audio and communication systems.
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full understanding of the product design process including Agile Development Principles.
Strong business acumen, highly-motivated self-starter with accountability, reliability, and strategic thinking.
Willingness to travel world-wide as needed. (Expect to be out of the office 25-30% of the time).
Skilled in PC document and numerical tools.

The posted pay range, $102,400 – $136,500 is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
