Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and vision in collaboration with Business Product Owners and Business Stakeholders.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and product delivery teams to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Translate business strategy and product vision into clear product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners to gather and refine requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs to maximize business value and customer experience.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including planning, development, deployment, and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and optimize resource allocation across product teams/squads.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with company strategy, business objectives, and customer journey improvements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Product Management, preferably within Logistics/Shipping/E-commerce
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in product planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
• Solid operational capability to work across multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience directing solution development and working closely with delivery and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
