The Position
As a Product Manager, you will drive strategic and operational initiatives aligned with both global and local priorities. Your role will focus on market understanding, cross‑functional alignment, and the execution of impactful brand and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead collaborative planning across departments, ensuring alignment between local, regional, and global teams.
• Conduct in‑depth market analysis to identify key growth drivers, competitive risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Shape the full product value proposition—from disease awareness to treatment optimisation—by defining critical intervention moments and designing multi‑stakeholder action plans.
• Develop brand strategy, communication platforms, promotional materials, and digital content tailored to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Strengthen customer engagement by implementing structured visit cycles and partnering closely with the sales organisation.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including pre‑launch planning, launch execution, post‑launch optimisation, and end‑of‑life transitions.
• Ensure ethical, compliant, and customer‑centric execution of all activities.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and product management dynamics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles within pharma or FMCG; sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
About the Department
You will join the Azerbaijan affiliate team, collaborating closely with regional colleagues as part of our Emerging Markets cluster. Our portfolio covers innovative therapeutics for chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and rare diseases.
