Job Description

We are currently building the #1 Insurtech in Southeast Asia that helps people to reach insurance in the most efficient way. Therefore we need talent with great potential like you to join this growing organization, learning the right skills and also building great teams to reach our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate business and user needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Write clear documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product readiness for launch.
  • Continuously analyze product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to improve cross-team efficiency.
  • Act as the point of contact for project timelines, scope, and delivery management.
  • Support change management and product adoption strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timeline, and resources across multiple IT projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience writing user stories, PRDs, and product documentation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Metabase).
  • Exposure to API-based product development and basic UI/UX principles.
  • Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in Insurance, Finance, or E-commerce industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
