Our client is a well-established international company and a leader in modern governance. It provides a diverse suite of SaaS solutions to meet evolving customer needs. While continuing to innovate and expand their offerings, they are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves contributing to an integrated platform that provides tools to streamline and secure business meetings and governance.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product's roadmap and drive the solution in the right direction. You will engage directly with customers and key representatives to gather insights, identify market needs, and leverage data to inform product development. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you align vision and strategy across various teams.
Drive the product roadmap for the platform home page, and the activity tracking service, through understanding customer needs and evaluating, curating and ruthlessly prioritizing new ideas.
Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better.
Engage with customers for discovery and validation of new solution capabilities.
Manage your solution backlog, write user stories and collaborate with the team on design.
Collaborate cross functionally with Technical Product Managers, UX (research, design, localization, tech writers), R&D, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Communication teams to build and launch new products, develop buyer personas, ensure sales are enabled and more.
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves to make our customers successful at their jobs.
Track product performance, user engagement, and outcomes.
Own the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing high impact ideas that drive business and customer value
Be the voice of the customer by sharing and leveraging customer insights to build new features and improve user experience
Collaborate cross functionally with Technical Product Managers, UX (research, design, localization, tech writers), R&D, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Success teams to build and launch new products, develop buyer personas, and increase product adoption
Use quantitative data and critical thinking skills to define, ideate, and solve complex business and user problems to achieve our OKRs
Track product performance, user engagement, and outcomes. Own your product area’s north star metric and KPIs by tracking performance, investigating usage patterns, diagnosing potential issues, and improving customer outcomes
Experience as a Product Manager, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS experience
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong business acumen
Understand the entire software development lifecycle and are experienced in agile cross-functional environments and being a part of autonomous teams
Experience in talking to customers, and prospects discussing product and business strategy and do not hesitate to jump in and get the job done
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Data-oriented mindset and you are passionate about user and performance metrics
Demonstrated a strong ability to define and measure success
Experienced in using product management software and best practices
Experienced process (e.g. Confluence) and workflow software (e.g. JIRA) and best practices
Working with diverse geographies and time zones as part of a larger Platform ecosystem of products and services
