Product Manager at Raidium Raidium develops a new generation of radiological copilot, based on Raidium’s custom-trained Foundation Model. Through an agentic approach, Raidium’s copilot assists the radiologist at each step of their workflow, from exam reading (automatic detection and segmentation), until the report generation.Thanks to the Foundation Model, the copilot will assist workflows on most of the major diseases, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
Engage with users to understand their needs, translate insights into actionable specifications, and refine the product continuously.
Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap
Use problem-solving with cross-functional experts in Machine Learning, Medical Advisorship, Software Engineering, Design or Sales & Marketing
Prioritize the backlog and follow-up on product delivery
Provide functional specifications for the Engineering Team, including participation in the UX/UI Design
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure product success and influence roadmap
Collaborate with the partnerships team on customer enrollment and support
Work in a Medical Device regulated environment
Participate in the evolution of PM/PO processes in the company, including the use of AI tools
You will work closely with Julie, our Junior Product Manager, Alexandre, our Lead Software Engineer, Daniel our Lead Machine Learning Engineer, and Raidium’s radiologists team (represented by Paul Hérent, our CEO) and you will be managed by Andréa, our Senior Product Manager.
Qualifications
Has 2+ years experience as a Product Manager (from discovery to delivery)
Holds a Master degree in Business or Engineering school
Is comfortable working with engineering (ML/Software) teams, understanding complex technical constraints
Is fluent in English environments
Has strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, is highly organized and works autonomously
Has authorization to work in France

Previous experience in a challenging ecosystem (fast-growing startup, top-tier consulting firm, pharma or medical device companies)
Experience with Medical Devices

Raidium is building a foundation Model for precision medicine in radiology. Our first release, Curia is already state of the art. We aim to broadly democratize access to imaging biomarkers for both clinical and research applications through a biomarker factory.
