About the role:
The Product Manager (Loans and Product Initiatives) is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of loan products while driving strategic product initiatives that advance the organization’s product portfolio. This role blends deep expertise in lending operations with a strong focus on product strategy, transformation, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will shape product vision, identify growth opportunities, and spearhead modernization efforts to ensure our loan products remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with business objectives.

The pay range for this full-time position is $119,560.00 - $200,840.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
