Job Description

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (4+ years) in Product Management or Consulting, with a track record of successful product launches and scaling products
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data-driven decision-making effectively
• Problem solver with structural and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Develop and execute the product marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Manage and optimize products related to AI product and Data.
• Liaise with stakeholders regularly to prioritize the product roadmap and communicate updates effectively
• Document and deeply understand current systems as a basis for identifying opportunities for transformation and improvement
• Define and deliver a clear product vision for evolving the current system into a next-generation platform
• Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics (e.g., customer retention, conversion rates, subscription growth) and adjust strategies to achieve defined targets
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with research, data, and UI/UX teams to gather insights and deliver customer-centric improvements
• Mentor associate or intern Product Managers to help them achieve individual and team objectives
