Compensation Range: $ 125,000-$150,000 USD

The Opportunity

The Global Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s product lines. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and achieve business objectives on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global product strategy products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
• Lead new product development initiatives, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from concept through launch.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local markets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of dryer and conditioning technologies and their applications.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-20% of the time
