Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, the Product Manager embraces industry trends, emerging technology, and the needs of a changing work environment to deliver innovative solutions to help drive digital transformation across the organization. The Product Manager is responsible for managing digital products in various development stages. They work with internal and external stakeholders to identify market needs and develop effective digital solutions to help transform the organization. This position has a strong business and technology orientation and maintains a close relationship with internal and external partners. The Product Manager works closely with the manager to support the development of a multi-year strategic plan for their technology product and the product development and roll-out activities, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring the successful launch of products. The Product Manager must possess a unique blend of leadership, marketing, business, and technical savvy. They will be accountable for delivering results, including promoting the use and application of new digital solutions. The role excels in collaborating with internal and external experts, ensuring the “voice of stakeholder” is embedded into end-to-end processes and products.

The typical hiring range for this position is $98,490 - $129,270 CADgross annually. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as education, licenses, certifications and experience. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
