The Role
We’re looking for a Fresh Product Manager who’s excited to learn, execute, and grow fast in a high-ownership environment.You’ll join one of Glow’s Taskforces — small, autonomous teams that operate like startups inside the company. As a junior PM, you’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional partners to help drive execution, ship features, and learn how to build products that move real business metrics.This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure, real responsibility, and a clear growth path into a full Product Manager role.

What You’ll Do

• Support roadmap planning and execution for your Taskforce
• Break down product ideas into clear requirements and user stories
• Work closely with engineering and design during build and launch
• Track product performance and help analyze key metrics
• Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and data to inform decisions
• Help run experiments, QA features, and ensure smooth releases

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in product, business, analytics, or operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Clear communicator — comfortable working with engineers and business teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn product craft
• High ownership attitude — you take responsibility even when things are ambiguous
• (Bonus) Experience with startups, internships, side projects, or shipping a product
