About the Role:

As a Product Manager at dopay, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our B2B2C strategy, focusing on growth through the entire customer funnel. Leveraging insights provided by our product marketing team, you will work to convert corporate leads and ensure seamless financial transactions for employees using the dopay card. Your mission will be to innovate and optimize solutions that expand our active user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Development: Own the product roadmap for activation and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with dopay’s overarching product vision and market needs.
• Leverage Market Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative research insights to enhance onboarding, activation, and engagement strategies.
• Define and Measure Product Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to derive actionable insights, driving product improvements and enhancing user experiences.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, logistics, call center, technology, product, and design teams to accelerate product delivery and foster innovation.
• Iterate on Product Hypotheses: Collaborate with our marketing team to test and refine product hypotheses, iterating towards solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Focus on Internal Feedback: Gather and analyze data from internal sources, such as user behavior analytics, sales feedback, and customer support interactions, to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic technology startup or scale-up environment.
• Expertise in User Journeys: Proven track record in managing product funnels, driving conversions, and achieving success metrics.
• Analytical and Visual Communication Skills: Proficiency in interpreting customer data and using tools such as wireframes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively across teams, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Full Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing the full product cycle, from concept to post-deployment optimization.
• Systematic Thinker: Ability to understand complex systems and customer journeys within a broader market context.
• Multilingual Communication Skills: Excellent command of Arabic and English, with additional languages being a plus.
