Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. 
Product Managers at Commencis work with cross-functional team of designers, analysts, and engineers to build digital products in fintech, retail, travel spaces. Product Manager drives product initiatives by ensuring alignment with customer, team, stakeholders; manages product requirements from definition to launch and further improvements; knows how to define and evaluate success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product strategy and goals to maximize value and efficiency of product deliveries.
  • Identify product opportunities and turn them into tangible, prioritized roadmap tasks by building consensus around user needs.
  • Develop product briefs and user stories to assist product team to develop right features with shared vision.
  • Drive UX research, UX/UI design, technical design, and product execution phases
  • Empower and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Proven record of building and shipping successful software products.
  • Experience of defining product vision and strategy.
  • Understand complex web and mobile app architectures.
  • Experience of creating examples through user flows, wireframes, mockups.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization approach to evaluate product trade-offs and risks.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
