We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of financial products that power our B2B platform and consumer solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, regulatory complexity, and user experience.

You will be responsible for building seamless, scalable financial solutions. You will navigate the US landscape to deliver experiences that are both compliant and frictionless. Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and optimization.
• Translate customer and business challenges into scalable, measurable solutions.
• Build and execute a roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to turn complex banking products into delightful, scalable experiences.
• Drive impact across both B2B and B2B2C experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, for both B2B platforms and consumer ecosystems.
• Experience with products in the US fintech or banking market.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment; taking ownership and leading through collaboration and clarity.
• Experience building regulated banking products, such as registration and account management, and risk processes - Advantage
• Experience in complex financial systems or no-code platforms - Advantage
• Understanding of how to leverage AI to revolutionize financial workflows - Advantage
