Industry: Computer Printer Manufacturing
Location: Alexandra Road
Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional product management to achieve sales, profitability, and sustainability goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to shape product positioning and marketing plans.
• Lead regional sales and marketing initiatives, including collaborations with third-party media partners, to maximize ROI.
• Partner with industry experts to deliver workshops and training sessions that boost product adoption and sales.
• Oversee PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) to optimize stock levels and ensure timely product availability.
• Plan and execute Advertising & Promotion budgets efficiently for maximum market impact.
• Develop strategies to increase product sales by working with local subsidiaries to build and review channel performance.
• Collaborate with local teams and partners to implement effective channel development plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing, with regional exposure preferred.
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and driving sales and marketing activities in Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and channel development.
• Proficiency in PSI management and budget planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work across cultures and collaborate with local sales teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
