As a Product Manager at AHOY, you will be responsible for guiding the development and success of our shipping solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable roadmaps.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback to continually improve product offerings.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience and effective product usability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates and aligning on project goals.
- Support marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts to drive product awareness and adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or tech industries.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools used in product management.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, compliance, and operational workflows is a plus.
