Job Description

A growing start-up company is looking for a Product Manager with strong SaaS experience to lead the full product lifecycle — from research and strategy to design, delivery, and launch. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Algorithm teams to define and deliver high-impact features that bring real value to our customers.

The company is located in Yokneam, working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle from concept to release.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear, actionable requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Drive data-informed decisions and define key success metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support go-to-market and launch activities across teams.

Requirements

Requirements

• 3–6 Years experience in Product Management for SaaS or software products.
• Proven collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading full-cycle product development.
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related).
• Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile environments or startups.
• Familiarity with AI-based products.
