We’re hiring a Product Manager who combines curiosity, clarity, and execution to build products merchants love.
You’ll play a key role in driving product strategy and execution within our SaaS e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that help merchants grow.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship high-quality, scalable features.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Turn data and insights into product improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
- Simplify complexity, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Operate confidently in Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout development.
