The Product Management team is responsible for executing the company's business prospects. The daily activities range from leading long-term product activities to handling fast-paced technical RFP processes with top brands. The team is highly involved with all business activities and keeps a very close interaction with the sales team, the company's customers, and all company departments

Responsibilities:

• Lead key areas in the product roadmap
• Manage technical pre-sales and RFP processes with potential customers in the automotive industry
• Initiate and lead technical discussions with the customers
• Support other Business group activities such as market research, authoring product specifications, biz-dev activities, attending trade shows and events, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in product management
• Strong technical foundation, especially in multi-disciplinary products that involve hardware, software, mechanical and optical components
• Extensive customer-facing experience, with a balanced focus on both inbound and outbound product management (50%/50%)
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management
• A team player with a strong collaborative spirit—essential for success in this role
• Results-oriented, with a "get things done" approach
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed work environment
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel for 3 to 5 days is a standard trip - one time per quarter
