We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager with a startup mindset to join our innovative team where every member plays a crucial role in influencing the product from overall experience to development. We're after individuals who are passionate about building products end-to-end, guiding them through UX, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases. Responsibilities:

Leading Product Innovation:

• Drive product innovation across the company, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
• Set the strategic direction of the product, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and present proposals to senior management, outlining the implications and benefits of proposed plans.
• Define and implement administrative and operational processes to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects and evaluate the success and impact of each project.

Risk Assessment and Decision Making:

• Evaluate risks and trade-offs associated with different courses of action, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and maximize outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

User-Centric Approach:

• Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring that all projects meet business requirements and address user needs effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles in start-ups
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and a data-driven, experimentation-oriented mindset.
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Solid experience in project and stakeholder management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Ability to work well with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and continuously look for opportunities for improvement.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new skills quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions to ensure speed and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, with a growth mindset and positive attitude
