Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and new product initiatives.
• Explore new ideas, market trends, and technologies — and turn them into actionable insights.
• Contribute to shaping solutions and business strategies across our digital and GenAI products.
• Be deeply involved in product discovery, analysis, and roadmap planning.
• Take initiative, speak your mind, and engage in discussions that drive innovation.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or AI-related products
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
• Graduates from top national or international universities are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills
• Familiarity or keen interest in digital products, software development, or AI-driven solutions
• Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
