Über den Bereich
Für den Programmbereich „Electronic Warfare Products“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „Produktmanager EW Products“ (w/m/d).
Die Abteilung ist verantwortlich für die Produktentwicklung und das Projektmanagement von Projekten in der BU „Airborne Electromagnetic Warfare“. In der Akquisitionsphase unterstützt die Abteilung die Vertriebskampagnen und erstellt die entsprechenden Angebote für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für Strategie, Roadmap, Business-Case Erstellung und Feature-Definition der EW Produkte und dafür, dass diese mit den Unternehmenszielen und den verschiedenen Kundenanforderungen in Einklang gebracht werden
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Produktentwicklungs- und Realisierungsprojekten innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeit-, Kosten- und Leistungsrahmens zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden
- Technische und kommerzielle Produktpflege über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
- Technische Unterstützung in Angeboten und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen für Management und Kunden
- Fachliche Führung eines Produktentwicklungs-Teams unter Einbeziehung von Mitarbeitern aus anderen Funktionen (Matrixorganisationen)
Die Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen ist erforderlich.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Produktmanagement und der Produktentwicklung im Bereich Defence, bevorzugt im Bereich Electronic Warfare
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung und Motivation von Teams
- Erfahrung in der militärischen Beschaffung von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
