We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Young Product Team leaders to support our Product Team in daily operations and projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to the home appliances industry and offers valuable learning opportunities in product management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Product Team in day-to-day activities
Assist in basic market and competitor benchmarking
Help prepare simple reports, presentations, and data summaries
Support product documentation and information updates
Assist in Go-to-market (GTM) preparation & execution on launch materials & campaign activities
Assist in coordinating meetings, product samples, and internal requests
Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to product projects
Learning Opportunities
Gain exposure to product management processes and workflows
Learn about home appliances products and market trends
Understand how different teams collaborate to bring products to market
Build skills in research, communication, and presentation
Requirements
Currently pursuing/or holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields with at least minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields such as FMCG, retail or home appliances
Interest in product, marketing, or consumer goods industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible
