Main objective of the job

  • Drive the development and optimization of AI-enabled training and conversational solution offerings by translating customer requirements into scalable concepts, building functional low-code/no-code prototypes to enable sales and demonstrate value, and ensuring data-driven product performance and process efficiency.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into strategic target concepts and functional designs for training and AI solutions.
  • Develop and configure hands-on, low-code/no-code Proof of Concepts (PoCs) (such as chatbots, voicebots, and research agents) to enable the sales team and make product potential tangible for customers.
  • Monitor global technology trends (such as transcription models and conversational AI features) and actively contribute to the definition and evolution of the strategic product roadmap.
  • Define, implement, and manage a smart key performance indicator (KPI) system, visualizing product performance in meaningful dashboards.
  • Identify optimization opportunities within service and support processes (e.g., via task or process mining) and drive automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Read, understand, and apply the procedures from the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company.
  • Fulfill any other tasks related to the area of responsibility, as requested by the direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

  • University Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable hybrid business-tech field
  • High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Languages English
  • Business-IT Mindset Strong affinity for IT and AI technologies, acting as a "business user with deep IT context" rather than a traditional software developer.
  • Low-Code/No-Code Tech Stack: Initial experience or strong willingness to build on cloud platforms, specialized AI tools, and automation suites (nice-to-have: Google Cloud CX Agent Studio, Paloa, ElevenLabs, Sleak AI, or similar programming/automation apps).
  • Technical Basics: Solid conceptual understanding of technical interfaces (e.g., APIs, OAuth authentication) and the ability to read and apply technical documentation.
  • AI Familiarity: Practical experience using common AI applications in a professional/daily context, including an understanding of prompt engineering to guide AI models.
  • Analytical Power: Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex problems systematically.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology and clearly explain tech topics to diverse audiences.
  • Working Style: Structured, goal-oriented, results-driven, and highly collaborative in global, cross-functional teams
