We welcome all who embrace our Core Values.

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in commercial deposits, treasury management, and payment solutions. You are passionate about delivering meaningful financial solutions that empower business members, strengthen relationships, and support thriving communities. You leverage market insights, data, and industry trends to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute complex product roadmaps that drive deposit growth, fee income, and long-term financial performance. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who builds trusted partnerships across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. You bring a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making—balancing growth, member experience, risk management, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable success.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor and analyze product performance, member feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
• Sales Enablement and Relationship Support: Partner with business sales and relationship management teams to position the treasury product set effectively, supporting deposit and fee growth through sales enablement, training, and consultative solution design. Help relationship teams understand business client operating needs and translate those needs into practical, scalable solutions, supporting the retention of primary operating relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product specifications, and prioritize feature and functionality development. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and service providers, to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
• Implementation and Service Delivery: Maintain working knowledge of operational processes, implementation requirements, and service delivery models so that products can be executed consistently and scaled effectively across onboarding, servicing, and support teams. Oversee software integrations, and associated projects, including documenting business requirements, conducting program research and development, and assisting in enhancing risk assessments and implementation processes.
