As a Product Management Specialist III, you will support the Custom & Bulk Chemical Services portfolio by driving product lifecycle management, partnering across commercial and operational functions, and delivering profitable growth through effective portfolio strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day product portfolio and lifecycle for our Analytical Reagents portfolio, specifically our custom chemical services & solutions
  • Develop long-range product strategies for our Analytical Reagents portfolio and support annual planning.
  • Partner with cross functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and regional teams to provide product training & support
  • Monitor revenue, margin, market share, and other business KPIs.
  • Analyze market and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support new product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Apply lessons learned from customer engagements to improve processes and future project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Supply Chain Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in portfolio or supplier management.
  • Knowledge of the chemical industry & commercial experience preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, including occasional international travel.
