We are looking for a Product Management Manager to join the Payer Solutions team within the Interoperability Zone at athenahealth in Chennai. This role focuses on building products that enable seamless data exchange and collaboration between payer and provider organizations. You will drive and execute the product roadmap supporting athenahealth's Value-Based Care (VBC) strategy, while helping reduce administrative burden and improve healthcare efficiency. The role offers an opportunity to work on payer onboarding, interoperability, electronic prior authorization (ePA), and standards-based healthcare data exchange initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, outcome-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
About the Team: The Interoperability Zone drives growth and creates meaningful insights from diverse healthcare data sources by enabling scaled global integrations. The team plays a critical strategic role in advancing a connected healthcare ecosystem through interoperability solutions. The Payer Solutions team focuses on payer-provider collaboration, interoperability workflows, and operational tooling that support healthcare efficiency and value-based care initiatives. The team works closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.
