The Consumer department at AT&T Israel develops myAT&T, the flagship mobile app serving 16M+ monthly active users, empowering them to manage every aspect of their connected lives. We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to shape the future of consumer experiences and drive innovation in how millions of customers interact with AT&T.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a startup-like initiative within a global enterprise, driving the vision and execution of a large-scale consumer security product from concept to launch.
• Inspire and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting a clear vision, building a high-performing team, and delivering impactful products.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end delivery from business requirements to successful launch.
• Champion data-driven decisions, blending analytics with user insights to prioritize features that deliver measurable customer value.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders, partners, and customers to create alignment and accelerate outcomes.
• Integrate GenAI tools to enhance product management processes and unlock new efficiencies.

Role Requirements

• 10+ years in software product development, with 5+ years in product leadership roles.
• Proven experience in global B2C organizations and consumer-facing applications
• Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for user experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Data-driven decision-making expertise.
• Experience in security products – advantage.
• GenAI in product management – advantage.
