As a Product Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, balancing quality and speed to market. Your role will require you to navigate complex challenges and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the success of the product and the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and development processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in prioritizing product features based on market research and user feedback.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
