INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). What you will do, but not limited to:

• Assist Product Manager in planning, developing, and improving digital products
• Support product discovery process by gathering user insights, feedback, and business requirements
• Support to define product requirements and translate them into clear user stories and documentation
• Assist in monitoring product performance and analyzing user behavior and key metrics
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify product opportunities
• Support preparation of product presentations, roadmap updates, and internal reports

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Product Management and digital products
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and user-centered design
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.

• Basic understanding of API concepts (request/response, status codes, JSON) is a plus point.
