About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Intern who is curious about how real-world products are built and improved. This internship is designed for people who want to explore product management by working on real product problems. You will work closely with the product team to understand user workflows, identify usability issues, document product behavior, and help shape improvements. Unlike many internships that focus primarily on research or presentations, this role involves hands-on work with the product, engineers, and real users Working in a startup environment, you will get the opportunity to wear different hats, collaborate across teams, and understand how product decisions are made in practice.

What You Will Work On

• During the internship, you may work across different product areas, including:
• Understanding and documenting real user workflows
• Identifying UX and usability improvements in existing product flows
• Writing product specifications and feature documentation
• Helping analyse customer problems and feature requests
• Supporting feature testing and release verification
• Working with engineers and designers to refine product behaviour
• Collaborating with internal teams and occasionally interacting with users to understand how the system is used in the real world
• This role is meant to give exposure to how product decisions are actually made in a fast-moving product environment.

Choose one Productivity software product you regularly use (Ex, Notion, Slack, Trello, Google Docs, Calendar, GitHub, etc.).

Identify one workflow that you think could be improved

Your response should include:

a short description of the workflow, the exact step where the problem occurs, why this problem matters for the user one improvement you would propose

Please include 2–3 screenshots of the workflow you are analysing.

You may also mention one improvement idea you considered but rejected Maximum 300 words

We review every submission carefully and use this exercise to understand how candidates think about products.
