Job Description

We are launching a hands-on Product Intern program designed for recent graduates who want to learn by doing and grow into impactful product managers. Over approximately 18 months, you will rotate across product domains, support PMs on real work, and gradually take on more ownership as you develop your skills and confidence.

What you’ll do

• Support PMs with day-to-day execution
• Triage and respond to product queries
• Prepare and present product updates
• Write and refine PBIs and specs
• Research and analysis
• Conduct focused product and competitive research
• Distill insights and propose actionable recommendations
• Learn in context
• Be involved in squad ceremonies, planning, and customer calls
• Participate in quarterly planning and checkpoints
• Build toward ownership
• Contribute to feature definition and delivery
• Lead at least one scoped feature per rotation as you progress
• Deliver pre-defined, meaningful projects in each domain to ensure impact

Program structure

• Duration: ~18 months total
• Rotations: ~3 months per domain across areas such as PSA, RMM, Enterprise-grade, Autopilot, Billing, Marketplace, and Co-pilot
• Learning model: Practical, on-the-job learning with optional supplemental coursework
• Progression: Start with supportive tasks and move to increasing ownership based on performance

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams
• High energy, bias to action, and reliable follow-through
• Sharp problem-solving and fast comprehension
• No specific major required; we value capability. However since our domain is technical, engineering/CS graduates will be given preference.
