The Product Management & Feasibility Specialist will be responsible for driving the ideation, evaluation, and strategic planning of new products and projects across the company's diverse portfolio. This role requires a blend of market analysis, financial modeling, and project management skills to assess viability, define product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and market demand.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify new product opportunities and market gaps across all business segments (property, healthcare, education, etc.).
  • Lead detailed feasibility studies, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and technical viability, for proposed new projects and products.
  • Develop robust business cases and proposals for new ventures, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., development, design, sales, finance, operations) to ensure successful planning, execution, and launch of new products and projects.
  • Monitor project performance post-launch, gathering feedback and conducting post-mortems to inform future product development and strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact product development and market opportunities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management and feasibility assessment methodologies within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, business development, market research, or feasibility analysis, preferably within a diversified group or the property development sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products or projects to market, backed by strong feasibility studies and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
