What youwill do
Lead regional product management across the Americas with accountability for portfolio performance, lifecycle execution, and commercial outcomes. Translate global strategy into regional execution while partnering cross-functionally to deliver growth, profitability, and customer value.
How You Will Do It
Regional Product Strategy & Execution
Lead regional product strategy and roadmap execution aligned to global direction
Translate customer, market, and regulatory needs into structured product requirements
Provide data-driven voice-of-customer insights to global product management
Contribute regional market data, demand signals, and financial inputs to support global business case development
Product Requirements & Localization
Own regional product localization decisions within global architecture guardrails, including regulatory compliance and variants
Support pre-sales application engineering including product selection, configuration, and specifications
Capture installation and service insights from the field and translate into product and service design requirements
Product Lifecycle Management
Own full lifecycle including launch, sustainment, and end-of-life planning
Monitor installed base performance and lifecycle value
Identify underperformance and drive root cause analysis with corrective action plans
Coordinate launch execution and cross-functional sequencing across commercial, marketing, and training
Commercial Performance & Pricing
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
Partner on value-based pricing and margin improvement
Support lifecycle revenue expansion including services and attach offerings
Go-to-Market & Product Marketing
Develop positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
Ensure product messaging accuracy and enable sales teams with tools and training
Operational Execution & Issue Resolution
Support resolution of product issues across quality, supply, and field operations
Maintain visibility into issues and drive timely follow-up
Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration
Work with partners and integrators to support deployment
Identify and escalate ecosystem integration gaps and third-party conflicts to global teams
Performance Management
Track KPIs including revenue, margin, product adoption, and NPI performance
Use insights to improve decision-making and execution
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Foster collaboration across global and regional stakeholders
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
15+ years in product management or portfolio leadership
Strong business acumen and ability to influence in a matrixed organization

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $158,000 - $222,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.This position includes a competitive benefits package.
