About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Director – Trading & Capital Markets to lead a critical value stream within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office. This role owns end-to-end product delivery, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment for a complex, high-impact portfolio.
This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on product strategy, digital transformation, and AI-enabled delivery—with clear accountability for business outcomes, execution discipline, and platform modernization. This leader will drive end-to-end delivery across fixed income, equities, capital markets execution, and emerging capabilities including crypto and 24/7 trading, with direct accountability for platform modernization, roadmap execution, and business outcomes.
This is a senior product leadership role owning the Trading & Capital Markets value stream within WIM’s Investment Solutions platform portfolio. The right candidate brings deep domain knowledge in wealth management trading platforms, including hands-on experience with InvestCloud or comparable enterprise investment platforms, and knows how to translate that expertise into delivery discipline and strategic roadmap prioritization.
In this role, you will:
Own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for the Trading & Capital Markets value stream, including BCI/Replace BondCenter, equities execution, and next-generation trading capabilities
Own the roadmap execution against strategic priorities including crypto and tokenization infrastructure, 24/7 trading, and WIM STP Trade capabilities
Cross-functional delivery across technology, operations, risk, and business partners, operating without heavy coordination layers
Backlog ownership, trade-off decisions, and sprint outcomes with direct accountability for delivery momentum
AI and automation integration into trading workflows, execution quality, and operational efficiency
Vendor relationship management including InvestCloud platform dependencies, with ability to credibly challenge and hold partners accountable
Stakeholder influence across senior business and technology leadership, including executive steering conversations
Lead and develop high-performing product management teams, including managers and senior individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and execution discipline

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
