Join us within Barclays as a Product Management and Design Analyst, play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Financial Crime Screening transformation agenda, with a focus on strengthening product strategy, design quality, governance and delivery outcomes.
To be successful as a Product Management and Design Analyst, you should have experience with:
Business analysis, Change, Transformation or Product support within a complex operational or regulated environment.
Using Jira or similar workflow tools to manage and track work.
Confident written and verbal communication skills & Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and priorities.
Proactive, organised, outcomes‑focused, and comfortable working in evolving environments.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Exposure to financial crime, screening, compliance or risk‑based environments.
Understanding of product management concepts, including product vision, processes mapping and backlog management.
Experience supporting governance, controls or regulatory change.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role has the option to work from Glasgow or Bournemouth.
