Corporate Bank Cash Products is keen to enhance its global capabilities in the Client Account Services space to establish CB as a treasury bank of choice for its clients. To cater to the growing needs of the market for Account Service solutions in complex corporate legal entity and treasury structures, we are looking for an Account Services Product Analyst to develop and manage a market-leading offering for our strategic Client Account Services product area.

The Account Services Product Analyst will support product planning and execution across the lifecycle of existing and new global Account Information Services. Working within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Cash Management business. The role focuses on client Account Solutions and acts as a subject matter expert on account structures, account services, and related cash management solutioning. The analyst will work closely with the wider Client Account Services Tribe and cross-functional stakeholders to support product rollout, drive market adoption, translate business and regulatory requirements into practical guidance, and deliver client-focused solutions that support business growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for client Account Solutions within Deutsche Bank Corporate Cash Management, with a focus on Account Pre-Validation, client solution design, and the articulation of account solution capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support client engagement, commercialisation, and solution delivery by assessing client needs, preparing product materials, contributing to proposals and RFPs, and translating product, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear and practical guidance.

  • Partner with Product Management, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Service teams to drive implementation readiness, issue resolution, control discipline, cost income management and the ongoing enhancement of account solution capabilities, including launches, rollouts, change initiatives, and the Account Pre-Validation roadmap.

  • Gather and communicate client feedback, service trends, usage insights, and market intelligence to support the continuous improvement, commercial relevance, and governance of Deutsche Bank’s account solution offering.

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Transactional Banking, Corporate Cash Management, Product Management, Product Support, Implementation, Sales Enablement, Client Service, or a related banking role, with practical exposure to client solutioning, product delivery, or implementation support.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cash management products, client operating models, and the end-to-end lifecycle of payments, collections, liquidity, and account services, including at least 2 years of experience in client account solutioning within a complex banking environment.

  • Working knowledge of banking regulation, operational risk, compliance requirements, and market infrastructure applicable to Corporate Cash Management; global experience in applying these requirements in product, client, or implementation contexts would be an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in banking, payments, treasury, or product management would be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience in a Global set-up, engaging and presenting to stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and control functions, with the ability to successfully deliver training, communicate complex requirements clearly, and support cross-functional decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience analysing complex business or product issues, producing clear documentation such as business requirements, process materials, or product guidance, and managing multiple concurrent priorities within a regulated and fast-paced environment.
