Job Description

The Product Management Advisor supports the operational, administrative, and business enablement activities of the EncircleRx program. This role is responsible for managing stakeholder requests, coordinating day-to-day product operations, maintaining business processes, developing reporting and operational insights, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. Partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Implementation teams, the Advisor serves as a key operational resource, ensuring effective program support, streamlined workflows, and a positive stakeholder experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Strategy & Governance

  • Serve as the operational lead for EncircleRx support and administration activities.

  • Manage request intake, prioritization, and governance processes to meet service levels and stakeholder expectations.

  • Assess workload demand and recommend resource allocation strategies.

  • Develop scalable processes and standards for product support operations.

Business Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround times.

  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and self-service resources.

  • Establish operational best practices that enhance consistency, quality, and stakeholder experience.

  • Partner across teams to address process gaps and support continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Advisory & Business Enablement

  • Serve as a key resource for Product, Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Operations, and client-facing teams.

  • Provide guidance on product administration, operational processes, reporting, and program requirements.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Proactively develop tools and resources that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights

  • Monitor operational workload, request trends, support volumes, and capacity metrics.

  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and prioritization.

  • Develop reports and dashboards that support operational planning and performance management.

  • Identify recurring trends and recommend efficiency and scalability improvements.

Knowledge Management & Organizational Enablement

  • Maintain product support documentation, templates, FAQs, and knowledge repositories.

  • Develop standardized tools and resources that promote consistency and reduce reliance on individual expertise.

  • Ensure operational processes and guidance are documented and accessible.

  • Foster knowledge-sharing practices that improve organizational effectiveness.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in product operations, business operations, program administration, healthcare operations, or related functions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Experience developing, redesigning, and improving business processes, operational workflows, and governance practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, performance metrics, and business documentation.

  • Experience supporting pharmacy benefit management (PBM), healthcare, or pharmacy-related programs.

  • Knowledge of automation tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and workflow optimization.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,900 - 158,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
