Product Management Administrator

As our Product Manager Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the product management team by cost monitoring, certification processes, sales support, supply chain and operations planning, product phase-out execution, and product data management.
This role ensures accurate data handling, effective cross-departmental collaboration, and proactive support for business operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product costs (FMC matrix/changes/mistake corrections) and maintain FMC matrix quarterly for the entire portfolio.
• Conduct quarterly FMC deviation checks and correct anomalies or cost outliers within the article portfolio.
• Independently monitor the validity of product certificates, initiate and implement recertification with external testing facilities and local sales colleagues.
• Provide independent processing of sales enquiries, second-level support for regional marketing, (and proactive reporting of trends to product managers. )
• Develop and maintain product toolbox pages for technical product information and competitive comparisons.
• Support product phase-outs based on lifecycle plans, coordinating all involved parties and triggering necessary steps according to defined processes.
• Monitor, check, and develop product data for websites and PDB, collaborating with PIM and relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness, aligned with global master data governance.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Enjoys working and communicating with multiple departments.
• Enjoys working with data and figures.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with 2–4 departments.
• Basic technical understanding of electricity, electronics, and lighting.
• Structured approach to data collection and processing.
• Advantage: Experience in product data documentation, forecasting, analysis, reporting, or statistics.
• Advantage: Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
• Trend analysis and forecasting skills preferred.
