Job Description

  • Research, analyze, define, and write product features
  • Work with Designers, Product Managers, Quality Assurances, and Software Engineers to conduct agile & scrum product development
  • Monitor, maintain, and evaluate (also fix if any) ongoing product and features
  • Independent in creating definition of done (DOD) for product requirements
  • Supporting the lead product manager in creating product requirements document (PRD), UI/UX designs, wireframes and workflows
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to make things happen

Requirements :

  • Domicile in Jakarta
  • Min. bachelor degree in computer science, information system, informatics engineering, or other engineering-related fields
  • Knowledge in product documentation and design tools is a must (e.g. Jira, Figma, MIRO, etc.)
  • Technical writing skill is a must. To be able to create a decent product requirement such as definition of done (DoD), data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), and so forth
  • Attention to detail is a must. Detail oriented, passionate in data-driven product development and has excellent analytical skills
  • Always curious to learn something new especially in learning end to end product management disciplines
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders (internal, external, users, etc.)
  • Have a can-do or positive mental attitude
