What is your role?

As a Product Line Planner, you will be responsible for balancing demand and supply while developing effective production and inventory strategies for C&A and Molding operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer commitments are met, manufacturing resources are optimized, and business objectives are achieved through accurate planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Lead supply planning activities and ensure alignment between demand forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Develop and manage supply plans through SIOP processes while identifying capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor supply chain and production performance, proactively resolving gaps and implementing recovery plans as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with manufacturing, materials, logistics, customer service, and global planning teams to optimize capacity and inventory strategies.
  • Participate in demand consensus meetings, support product launches and phase-outs, and contribute to long-term planning activities.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and SIOP/S&OP processes.
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across multiple organizational levels.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS, PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience working in complex manufacturing and global supply chain environments.
