What Drives Success

We are seeking a Product Line Leader to lead the VRF and Ventilation product portfolio within our Lennox Commerical product management team. This role shapes the end-market strategy for the VRF and Ventilation product lines and is an empowered, accountable leader of financial performance, roadmap, lifecycle, and strategic growth.

The Product Line Leader acts as the business owner for the product line, driving revenue, margin, share, mix, roadmap execution, SKU rationalization, and the financial results of strategic growth initiatives. You will manage a Technical Product Manager and a Product Marketing Manager, working together to develop and execute product strategy with platform engineering, controls engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and technical support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product line revenue, margin, share, mix, and contribution performance for the VRF and Ventilation product lines for Lennox Commercial
  • Lead product line strategy for assigned end markets
  • Own the product line roadmap within broader portfolio direction
  • Manage strategic growth initiatives tied to the product line
  • Drive product lifecycle management, SKU rationalization, and portfolio vitality
  • Direct Product Marketing on positioning, launch strategy, sales enablement, and commercialization
  • Direct Technical Product Management and Engineering on product requirements, technical tradeoffs, and industrialization
  • Provide product line inputs into forecasting, annual planning, and strategic planning
  • Make tradeoff decisions across customer needs, margin, complexity, cost, quality, timing, and growth
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across the product pod and key business partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product line management, commercial leadership, or a related business role
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, B2B durable goods, building products, or similar technical product environment.
  • HVAC experience is a strong plus, especially VRF, Ductless, and Ventilation experience.
  • Demonstrated results ownership and strong financial acumen
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product roadmaps, NPI/NPD, forecasting, and commercialization
  • Ability to translate market needs and customer insights into product line priorities
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading strategic growth initiatives
  • Experience with technical, engineered, or platform-based product portfolios
  • Experience with SKU rationalization and portfolio simplification
  • MBA or technical degree preferred

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $116,800 - $146,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
