Job Description

We aspire to be the premier research-intensive biopharmaceutical company. We're at the forefront of research to deliver innovative health solutions that advance the prevention and treatment of diseases in people and animals. We are seeking a strategic leader to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Agentic OS platform, a platform for building AI agents that work with our clinical data. Join our team and help us revolutionize clinical trial management through innovative AI solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate across various teams to establish the core infrastructure to securely create and deploy these agents in accordance with enterprise standards. Additionally, you will guide the onboarding of new agents for clinical trial management to streamline trial execution and automate operational workflows.

As the Product Line Lead, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of this platform. With out-of-the-box connectivity to clinical data, you will empower business users to deploy agents that optimize complex processes and back-office operations. Crucially, you will ensure that the AI framework developed is fully compliant with strict internal and external regulatory requirements, ensuring security, traceability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Agentic OS, aligning with broader enterprise AI and business objectives.
  • Champion the Business User: Design intuitive, low-code/no-code experiences that allow business stakeholders to easily configure, prompt, and deploy AI agents.
  • Data Management Strategy: Oversee the strategy for predefined data connectors, ensuring agents can seamlessly and securely access, interpret, and act upon internal enterprise data.
  • Drive Development: Partner closely with Engineering and UX/UI Design teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric platform features on time.
  • Security & Governance: Collaborate with InfoSec and Data Governance teams to ensure the platform and its data connections meet strict enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary evangelist for Agentic OS across the organization. Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to identify high-value use cases for agentic automation.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Drive the internal go-to-market strategy, creating training programs, documentation, and adoption metrics to ensure business units successfully leverage the platform.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Seven or more (7+) years of experience in Product Management in enterprise software, SaaS, or platform-as-a-service (PaaS), with at least two or more (2+) years in a director or team leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and the emerging landscape of Agentic AI/autonomous agents.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise platforms, particularly those involving complex data integrations, APIs, and predefined connectors.
  • Experience building capabilities specifically designed for business users (low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or self-service analytics).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and communicate effectively with both C-level executives and technical engineering teams.
