Job Description

14402 – Product Lifecycle Manager, Transportation Systems (onsite) – Boca Raton, FL

Start Date ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
  • Experience with product development, product engineering, or technology integration (7+ years);
  • Experience with SunPass products, solutions, or tolling system applications;
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination for product lifecycle management;
  • Experience with product delivery and deployment scheduling, including release and maintenance cycles;
  • Experience with operational governance frameworks, including SOPs and reporting standards;
  • Experience with dashboard and reporting tool development for program performance monitoring;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SunPass products, solutions, and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational roadmap;
  • Oversee product delivery, managing schedules and tasks across all aspects of development, from feature updates to maintenance cycles;
  • Act as technical consultant and primary liaison between SunPass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams;
  • Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of SunPass products, solutions, and applications, capturing and tracking initiative updates per reporting standards;
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring program performance;
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created and maintained, establishing lifecycle processes for updates;
  • Support state emergency response efforts and ensure continuity of SunPass operations during critical events.
