You’ll make an impact by

  • You lead your charging product lines throughout the entire lifecycle, shaping the roadmap by driving feature evolution, cost optimization, and long-term competitiveness
  • Building on market insights and customer needs, you translate trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive intelligence into actionable product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
  • Working closely with R&D, you define requirements, develop robust business cases for investments, and ensure cross-functional alignment among engineering, business, and customer teams
  • Furthermore, you prioritize and initiate product improvements to strengthen stability, safety, cybersecurity, and compliance, maintaining a clear and transparent improvement backlog
  • Finally, you champion quality and customer experience by acting as the voice of the customer, enabling effective communication across regions, and supporting sales and marketing with compelling messaging and training
This is how you'll win us over
  • Education: You have a Master’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience in engineering, electrical engineering, business, or innovation with strong technical affinity
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Longterm experience in product management or a closely related function within technical or engineering-driven environments
    • Proven expertise in product development processes, product financials, and stakeholder management, ideally in eMobility, power electronics, IoT, or industrial products
    • Familiarity with EV charging standards, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity
  • Ways of working: You are a hands-on, analytical problem solver with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in international teams
  • Languages: Excellent English language skills complete your profile
