PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Leader, Interior and Exterior Doors is responsible for the commercial success of the interior and exterior wholesale product portfolio, overseeing team who is responsible for the strategic direction, new product development, and product lifecycle management of interior and exterior doors. The Leader, Interior and Exterior Doors ensures the success of the products within his or her portfolio by enabling the product management teams to succeed. He or she provides coaching and direction for the team and ensures they can operate efficiently and effectively by utilizing and complying with the organization’s processes for product management. This role is responsible for profit and loss (P&L) and budget for the product portfolio within his or her purview.
